I undertake to exercise personal judgement to avoid strain or injury. I will inform the Instructor of any health issues I have before class. I indemnify and hold harmless Serene View (Pty) Ltd t/a Yoga Connection, its Directors, Staff and Instructors against any injury sustained.
I enter the premises at 243 Brooks Street, Brooklyn, at my own risk and understand that Yoga Connection, its Directors and the Property owners will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to myself or my property.
I consent to the collection, processing and storage of my personal information for communication purposes (including phone, email, WhatsApp and other media). I understand that my information may be stored on third-party servers, including those located outside South Africa.
This booking is non-refundable; you can reschedule up to 72h before the class by going to Account - My Bookings - Manage.
