Nia Dance - All levels

 Nia Dancing is a joyful, expressive movement practice that blends elements of dance, martial arts, and mindful body awareness. Classes are done barefoot to music, encouraging participants to move in ways that explore sensation, creativity, and personal expression freely through guided choreography.

 The practice weaves together simple, adaptable movements drawn from multiple disciplines, creating a dynamic full-body experience suitable for all bodies and levels.
