Join Nada for Hatha classes to dive deeper into relaxation and flexibility.

I have been practising yoga for the past 25 years. It has always been my space of solitude, where I can express my love for body movement and find a sense of peace, reflection, and rejuvenation.

I have trained to teach Hatha yoga, and love to share my passion with others, helping them relax, stretch, and tone the body.
