Meditation Sits is a quiet space to simply be with yourself for 15–30 minutes. You can choose to sit on a cushion, lean against a wall, rest in the garden, or lie down on a mat or the carpet and absorb the time you have taken to pause. Come and Go at your own pace within Session time. Our Meditations are hosted in daytime in our serene studio with sunlight seeping through the big glass windows. There is always a facilitator present to gently hold the space for you to 'just be'. No experience is needed, and there is nothing to achieve or perform. In a world that moves quickly, these few intentional minutes can offer a chance to recuperate and return to yourself with a little more clarity and ease for the day-to-day.
