Cycles are everywhere; the moon, the seasons, day and night; and within us, a web of rhythms is always unfolding. The rise and rest of each day, the flow of hormones, and even the expansion of each breath remind us that we are nature. When I first came to yoga, I didn’t realize how far I had drifted from these cycles or from my own body and spirit. Yoga became a gentle way back, awakening a sense of connection to myself and to the greater flow of life.

Through yoga, I’ve discovered a freedom of movement I never imagined possible. In my classes, I focus on meditation, breathing, mindful flows, and gentle stretches that restore mobility and ease. I weave in balancing postures and intentional movements that strengthen proprioception (the body’s sense of position and balance) and deepen the body–mind connection. These practices not only support physical health but also help reverse the gradual effects of aging, offering renewed vitality, stability, and awareness.

Yoga reminds us we are not separate from these patterns but part of them, and through this reconnection, we find a deeper sense of harmony with life itself.
