Spring

Meditation first found me through means of music. Soon after, I embraced a regular practice of breathwork, and movement naturally followed. This path of practice eventually led me to complete my yoga teacher certification, advanced 500-hour Hatha Yoga training, and qualification as a certified Yoga Therapist, with additional training in breathwork and trauma-informed somatic practices under guidance of international pratitioners. I registered as a 800-hour YAI Instructor, and continue to grow alongside others.
Yoga is an ancient practice with many branches, each offering something unique that deeply resonated with me. I am drawn to the continual journey of self-growth, as well as the ability to hold space for others as they unfold and bloom. The balance within our being is something I find profoundly beautiful.
